This week the NBCA takes a big step forward in supporting our staff. For the first time in our 44 year history, our Early Education staff with children in our centres will be receiving SIGNIFICANT FEE DISCOUNTS.
Why are we doing this? Well, often the Australian Early Education system can be a disincentive for parents to work. We’ve recently had some candidates that want to work with us and existing staff that would like to increase days but find it hard, so we want to do all we can to support them.
