Management Committee
NBCA is managed by a team of staff in conjunction with an elected voluntary management committee, and is a not-for-profit community association incorporated in the ACT under the Associations Incorporation Act 1991 (AIA). Management committee members represent a broad base of early childhood educators, advocates and caregivers of young children. The management committee also consists of a four person executive committee made up of a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The executive committee works closely with both centres to help govern and manage the direction of the NBCA.

Jocelyn Cronin
Executive Director
NBCA
Jocelyn was a Cooinda Cottage parent and volunteered on the NBCA Management Committee for three years prior to joining as Executive Director. She has served as Vice President and President of the Management Committee.
She holds an MBA and is a graduate of the AICD Company Director Course. Jocelyn has a wide range of experience across industries and in Not-For-Profits. Jocelyn firmly advocates for people to have the opportunity to do what they do best every day, and to engage their strengths to move forward together.
Natasha Bunter
Director
Flynn ECEC
Natasha has been a part of the NBCA community for over two decades. She holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and a Diploma of Protective Intervention. Natasha is an advocate for supporting vulnerable families and children in our community.​

One of Natasha's proudest achievements was being awarded a Child Development Award by the ACT Children's Week Committee (of the ACT Community Services Directorate) for her work in the early childhood sector.
Molly Rhodin
Director
Cooinda Cottage ECC
Molly has over 30 years' experience in early childhood education, and has worked across many facets of the education and care sector, including teaching at CIT, working for a large non-profit community organisation with oversight of 14 services, and being the Managing Director of her own professional development and consultancy business, Down to Earth Practical Solutions.

As a Director, she embraces the diverse and unique story that has become the tale of ‘Club Cooi’.
